License Delivery

Where can I find the serial number or license key I just purchased?

Your license key or serial number is sent by email after your order is processed. In most cases, digital license keys are emailed within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

For orders placed after business hours, license keys are usually emailed within up to 2 hours, when the order is placed before 11:00 PM GMT. Orders that cannot be completed before that time are usually processed the following morning.

For weekend orders placed after 8:00 PM GMT, licenses are generally fulfilled the next day by noon.

Please also check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder, as automated emails may sometimes be filtered by your email provider.

Volume license products, subscription products, and special software license orders may take longer to process than standard digital keys.

These products can take 3 to 5 business days to fulfill, depending on the product type, supplier processing time, and order verification requirements.

If your order includes a volume or subscription license, please allow additional time before contacting support.

If you have not received your license key, please follow these steps:

  2. Confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct.

Download & Activation

Download links and activation instructions are included in the email that contains your license key. This email is usually sent from wholsalekeys
